Join us to review the 2020 New Jersey Student Learning Standards that will be implemented in September 2021 and explore how Atlas can support teachers to align, update, and revise their curriculum.

Objectives:
-Review the updates to the 2020 NJSLS that will guide teachers in their work of revising curriculum to align to standards
-Learn how to leverage Atlas to support updates to curriculum

Amber Villa-Zang

Amber Villa-Zang is a Senior Manager of Professional Development at Faria Education Group. She designs and facilitates professional learning on a range of topics and supports schools and districts to map and develop curriculum. Amber also designs and leads a number of FEG events. Amber has been an educator for 17 years. Her passion is to create an engaging and collaborative environment for all learners, and to explore how to continually strengthen and innovate curriculum and instruction to promote the success of all students. Amber received her BA in English and Master of Arts in Teaching from Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon.


Kari Reynolds

Kari Reynolds is an Account Manager at Faria Education Group working specifically with the Atlas and AtlasNext products. She partners with public school leaders throughout the country to support their curriculum process and goals. As a previous classroom teacher, she understands the needs of educators and works to ensure they are utilizing our products to their fullest potential. Her passion is working with children and educators alike to foster a love of learning and personal growth. Kari received her degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from East Tennessee State University.
